If you share Reiki with others or use it for self-treatments, this is a day for taking care of yourself and immersing in the healing flow of Reiki! We'll learn some energy clearing exercises, have time for personal reflection, sharing, and Reiki exchange.

THE LABYRINTH OF MY LIFE: A Labyrinth & Journaling Retreat
The Labyrinth is a powerful symbol that can lead us to our center. Walking its path helps us quiet down and reflect. The goal of this retreat is to allow the voice of our soul to echo up from within, so we might integrate this inner wisdom into the fabric of our lives.
The Native American Labyrinth is named “Man in the Maze” referring to the journey of life.
If you are in the midst of a transition, wanting to make some changes, or planning to continue life as it is, this day can provide you with material to move forward.
We’ll spend time reflecting on where we are now in life, where we have been, and our desires for the future, to gain insight and clarity into our direction in life. There will be journaling, guided meditations, walking the labyrinth, and silent reflection time throughout the day.
Time away from the usual routines is always a gift to ourselves and our loved ones, because we come back renewed and refreshed. Come explore the labyrinth of your life.
